Curated by Oishii co-founder Hiroki Koga, these decadent preserves are inspired by daifuku, a traditional Japanese dessert. Oishii’s refreshingly sweet berries are blended into a velvety jam with comforting notes of earthy red bean. Each jar arrives in a beautifully designed Oishii keepsake package—made to gift, keep, and admire.

Our preserves are lovingly hand-packed in small batches, please allow 3-5 days for handling, prior to shipping.

Growing up in Japan, Oishii co-founder Hiroki Koga eagerly awaited when strawberry daifuku, a cherished Japanese dessert, returned for the winter holiday season.

That memory inspired our first preserve, thoughtfully crafted with Oishii Berries and silky koshian red bean paste. Each jar captures nostalgia and possibility, a new way to savor Oishii, wherever you are.

How to Enjoy

Spread it over toasted Japanese milk bread (shokupan), pair it with soft butter or fresh cream, or tuck it into pastries for a taste that feels both familiar and new. With tea, it’s pure poetry; with milk, a small and perfect indulgence.
