Spicy Koyo Berry Margarita

This Spicy Koyo Berry Margarita blends sweet Koyo berries and fiery jalapeño with lime, tequila, and simple syrup for a bold and refreshing cocktail. The perfect touch is the JCS x Oishii Infused Koyo Berry Salt rimmed glass and berry garnish. 


Ingredients: 

4 mini Koyo Berries

2 jalapeño slices (adjust to taste) 

1 lime 

2 oz. Blanco tequila 

1.5 oz simple syrup 

1 cup ice 


For salt rim:

Hot honey

JCS x Oishii Infused Koyo Berry Salt 


Steps: 

1) Rim a glass with hot honey and JCS x Oishii Infused Koyo Berry Salt. 

2) Muddle berries with slices of jalapeño and add to a cocktail shaker with the juice of a lime, tequila, simple syrup, and ice. 

3) Shake until combined and well chilled. 

4) Add ice to the rimmed glass and pour margarita mix over. 

5) Garnish with a berry and enjoy!
