Omakase Berry Salad

This refreshing salad from chef Neal Harden of abcV perfectly pairs the Omakase Berry with Sicilian olive oil, tardivo, and lovage.

What you'll need:

1. 1 tray Omakase Berries

2. 1 bunch market tardivo radicchio

3. 2 tbsp. saffron-ice wine vinegar

4. 1 tbsp. lovage, chopped

5. 2 tsp. Sicilian olive oil

6. 1 pinch (or more to taste) fermented white peppercorns

How to make it:

1. Mix saffron-ice wine vinegar, Sicilian olive oil and fermented white peppercorns together in a bowl.

2. Slice the Omakase Berries lengthwise and separate market tardivo radicchio leaves.

3. Toss the Omakase Berries, market tardivo radicchio and lovage together in the dressing.

4. Plate and enjoy.
