Omakase Berry Puff Pastry

An Omakase berry puff pastry from @lifewithtuyen— the easiest dessert to make to impress for the holidays using refreshingly sweet Koyo Berries.

Recipe:
- Store-bought frozen puff pastry
- Strawberry jam
- Stabilized whipped cream

Strawberry jam:
- 1 cup finely chopped strawberries
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar, depending on taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Combine everything and cook over medium heat, while stirring constantly, cook until it boils and let lightly boil for 5-10 minutes until it’s reduced to desired texture.

Stabilized whipped cream:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp instant vanilla pudding mix

Combine everything in a bowl and whip until desired consistency, let chill in the fridge before pipping.

Assembly:
- Cut puff pastry sheets into squares, scoring the inside with a smaller square
- Brush with an egg wash (egg + 1 tbsp water)
- Bake in oven according to directions
- Layer strawberry jam and pipe whipped cream
- Top with fresh Koyo Berries
