This easy recipe levels up store-bought pizza dough in about 45 minutes with a tangy berry-tomato sauce. You can add whatever toppings you like, but we prefer savory prosciutto and creamy burrata.
Ingredients:
1 ball store-bought pizza dough
2 trays Oishii Koyo Berries
1 tray Rubī Tomatoes
2 TBS Brightland Pizza Oil
3 cloves garlic
1/4 sliced red onion
5 slices prosciutto
1 ball burrata
1/2 cup arugula
Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
- Place a cast iron skillet in the oven and preheat oven to 450 degrees, allowing the pan to heat up while you prepare the other ingredients.
- Add sliced berries, tomatoes, and garlic to a lined sheet pan and drizzle with oil.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until ingredients are tender.
- Remove from the oven to cool, then add to a blender and mix until smooth.
