Oishii Pizza Bread

This easy recipe levels up store-bought pizza dough in about 45 minutes. You can add whatever toppings you like, but we prefer savory prosciutto, creamy burrata, and a tangy berry-tomato sauce.

This easy recipe levels up store-bought pizza dough in about 45 minutes with a tangy berry-tomato sauce. You can add whatever toppings you like, but we prefer savory prosciutto and creamy burrata. 
Ingredients:
1 ball store-bought pizza dough
2 trays Oishii Koyo Berries
1 tray Rubī Tomatoes
2 TBS Brightland Pizza Oil
3 cloves garlic
1/4 sliced red onion
5 slices prosciutto
1 ball burrata
1/2 cup arugula
Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
  1. Place a cast iron skillet in the oven and preheat oven to 450 degrees, allowing the pan to heat up while you prepare the other ingredients.
  2. Add sliced berries, tomatoes, and garlic to a lined sheet pan and drizzle with oil.
  3. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until ingredients are tender.
  4. Remove from the oven to cool, then add to a blender and mix until smooth.
  5. Remove the cast iron skillet from the oven and drizzle with oil.
  6. Stretch the pizza dough to cover the bottom of the skillet evenly.
  7. Cover the dough with the sauce and add sliced red onion and prosciutto.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Remove from oven and top with arugula and burrata cheese.
