Our take on the viral pistachio chocolate bar, made with Pistakio pistachio butter and Tony's Chocolonely.
Ingredients:
-2 Tony's Chocolonely Almond Sea Salt Dark Chocolate Bars
-3 tbs Pistakio pistachio butter
-1 tray Omakase Berries
-Luster dust for decoration
Method:
1) Slice Omakase Berries into thin slices
2) Melt chocolate bars over a double boiler until melted
3) Use a brush to lightly dust chocolate bar molds with luster dust
4) Spoon a thin layer of melted chocolate onto the mold
5) Add a layer of pistachio butter and sliced berries
6) Top with another layer of melted chocolate
7) Freeze until solid and enjoy!
