Oishii PB&J
This isn't your mom's peanut butter and jelly. Homemade Oishii Berry Jelly is layered with whipped peanut butter and fresh Koyo Berries and sandwiched between two slices of delicious milk bread.

This isn't your mom's peanut butter and jelly ;) Homemade Oishii Berry Jelly is layered with whipped peanut butter and fresh Koyo Berries and sandwiched between two slices of Taku Sando's soft and delicious milk bread. It's a cross between a berry sando and the classic sandwich you grew up on.
Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter, whipped
2 slices milk bread
1 tray fresh Koyo Berries
Oishii Berry Jelly
Steps:
1) Prepare the Oishii Berry Jelly.
2) De-stem the Koyo Berries.
3) Using an electric mixer, beat the peanut butter until light and fluffy.
4) Add a layer of jelly to one side of each bread slice.
5) Top one slice with fresh berries in an X pattern.
6) Cover the berries with a layer of whipped peanut butter.
7) Sandwich with the other piece of bread and press down lightly.
8) Wrap tightly with plastic wrap and chill for 10 minutes.
9) Unwrap the sandwich and cut across diagonally. Enjoy!
Oishii Berry Jelly
Ingredients:
1 tray Koyo Berries
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/3 cup sugar
Steps:
1) De-stem and slice berries into small pieces, add to a saucepan with lemon juice and sugar.
3) Heat over medium heat for 25-35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4) Let the boil come to a boil and thicken over the heat.
5) Take off the heat and let cool before storing in a container.
