Oishii Gazpacho

Cool off this summer with a refreshing Oishii Gazpacho. Our berries and Rubī Tomatoes are combined to create something extraordinary!

Summer means it's gazpacho time.
In this recipe, our berries and Rubī Tomatoes are combined to create a refreshing soup with aromatic basil, Jacobsen Salt Co.'s Infused Koyo Berry Salt, luscious olive oil, and a twist of black pepper. 
1 cup Oishii Berries
1 cup Oishii Rubī Tomatoes
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1/4 cup chopped white onion
2 TBS olive oil
3 inch slice of sourdough baguette
1 TBS apple cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Garnish- Jacobsen Salt Koyo Berry Infused Salt, basil, olive oil
1) Combine all ingredients into a bowl and let soak until the bread is soft.
2) Blend until smooth
3) Top with drizzle of olive oil, pinch of salt, and garnish with basil
4) Enjoy!
