Oishii Chocolate Muffin

Ingredients
-2 cups flour
-1 cup sugar
-2/3 cup dutch-process cocoa powder
-1 tsp baking soda
-½ tsp salt
-1.5 cup chocolate chunks
-3 eggs
-3/4 cup sour cream
-½ cup vegetable oil
-½ cup whole milk
-1 TBS vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
-1/4 heavy whipping cream
-Oishii Berries to garnish
 
1) Preheat oven to 425°F and line muffin tin with parchment paper liners.
2) Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt and chocolate chunks in a large bowl.
3) In a separate bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla. Combine well.
4) Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix with a spoon or spatula until just combined, don’t overmix.
5) Fill your muffin liners to the top and sprinkle with extra chocolate chunks.
6) Bake at 425°F for 5 minutes, keep the muffins in the oven and lower to 350 degrees and bake an additional 18-23 minutes till a toothpick comes out clean.
7) While the muffins bake, make your ganache by placing chocolate chunks in a heatproof bowl. Warm up heavy cream on the stove or in the microwave and pour over chocolate. Let sit until the chocolate melts and mix until smooth.
8) Scoop a small hole out of the center of each muffin and fill with ganache.
9) Garnish with a gorgeous Oishii Berry and enjoy!
