This Oishii Berry pie is easy to make but deeply flavorful and bursting with sweet and juicy berries, the perfect way to savor our berries.

Ingredients:
-3 cups Oishii Berries
-1/4 cup brown sugar
-Granulated sugar to taste
-1/3 cup cornstarch
-Juice of half a lemon
-Pie crust (homemade or store-bought)
-1 egg, for the egg wash
-2 TBS coarse sugar

Steps:
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.Chop and de-stem berries.
  2. Add to a bowl.
  3. Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice to the berries. The amount of sugar will vary depending on how sweet you like your filling. Adjust 1 tablespoon at a time up to 1/4 cup.
  4. Mix everything together until incorporated.
  5. Line a pie pan with your crust and add in berry filling.
  6. Cut strips from the remaining pie crust dough and create a lattice topping.
  7. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with coarse sugar.
  8. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
