A fan favorite! This iced Oishii Berry Matcha is refreshing, fruit-forward, and perfect for spring.
Ingredients:
- 1 tray of Koyo Berries
- 2 TBS sugar or sweetener of choice, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 grams Nekohama matcha
- 75 milliliter hot water
- 8 oz. choice of milk
- Ice

Steps
- De-stem and chop berries into small pieces.
- Add to a bowl with sugar and vanilla. Mash together to form a smooth puree.
- In a small bowl, sieve matcha and whisk with hot water.
- Add berry puree to the bottom of a glass. Fill the glass with ice and top with milk.
- Slowly pour the matcha over the milk. Stir to mix and enjoy!
